The Regional Office of the GLOBE program in the Near East and North Africa which is run by the Association for Forests, Development and Conservation (AFDC) has organized a regional meeting for the program between 19 and 23 of April 2010. The meeting took place at the Pineland Hotel, Hammana, Baabda, Mount Lebanon. Representatives of the Lebanese Republic, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Qatar, Muritania, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Republic of Tunisia, Oman, United Arab Emirates and Pakistan attended the meeting.
